By accessing and using the Wayru Wi-Fi mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the app. Please do not use the App if you disagree with these Terms and Conditions.

User Registration

To use Wayru Wi-Fi, you must create an account. You can create an account using your email or social media credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

User Conduct

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and to not engage in any activity that violates these terms or infringes upon the rights of others.

Use of the App and Services: You explicitly understand and agree that your use of the app is at your sole risk, and the services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express warranties and hereby disclaim all implied warranties regarding the products and services or any part of them (including, without limitation, the site, any smart contract, or any external services). This disclaimer includes but is not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, correctness, accuracy, or reliability. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we, our affiliates, and licensors do not represent or warrant to you that:

• Your access to or use of the services will meet your requirements.
• Your access to or use of the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Usage data provided through the services will be accurate.
• The services or any content, services, or features made available on or through the services are free of viruses or other harmful components.

iii. Blockchain and Smart Contracts: We are not responsible or liable for any losses you may incur as a result of your use of any blockchain, and we have no control over and make no guarantees regarding any smart contracts.
