Role Overview

We are seeking a Content & Community Lead to establish our brand voice, foster meaningful relationships, and expand our presence across various channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and live events. You will translate complex DePIN and blockchain concepts into engaging stories, spark vibrant conversation, and cultivate a loyal global community.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Distribution

• Write and publish compelling content: tweets, threads, blog posts, press releases, partner announcements, newsletter copy, and more.
• Design basic graphics in Canva and produce short-form videos or reels to accompany key campaigns.
• Plan and launch multimedia content series (e.g. podcasts, video explainers) in collaboration with the team.
• Develop and execute a scalable content and community roadmap with clear KPIs for growth, engagement, and retention.
• Monitor performance metrics, engagement rates, subscriber growth, sentiment analysis, and iterate based on data.

Community Engagement

• Actively engage on Discord and Twitter (X) to stay in touch with the community.
• Lead community events, including Twitter Spaces, AMAs, and community calls.
• Manage brand ambassadors and moderators, reviewing their deliverables and providing feedback.
• Represent Wayru at industry events and trade shows, staffing our booth.
